The Itchetucknee Working Group leads a community effort to remove rubbish and clean up Rose Creek sink. Massive tractor tires and a 55-gallon drum are among the items that were discarded into the sink and recovered by divers.

Dive Rite in the Community

Conservation, scientific research and support of our local dive communities is a long-standing tradition at Dive Rite. Since our inception in 1984, the company has given time, financial resources and product donations to support the clean-up of sinks, helped local government officials better understand the water quality of local springs and worked to build safer dive conditions at local north Florida caves.

Through our Ambassador Program we are extending our community outreach to marine environments throughout the world by supporting professionals who dedicate their lives to helping the environment through film, science and literature.

We hope these stories will motivate each of us to continue making a conscience effort to lead conservation and scientific research in our home communities.
